Brilliant work you have done illustrating both the current and future situation faced in the wine industry. I can easily read how it overlays as an example on other agricultural businesses that need to focus on margins and adaptability rather than just volumes. While big has its advantages it can be counterproductive unless the business is well balanced as pointed out in your article.
